Cancellation And Reschedule Policy

Please note our cancellation and reschedule policy. This policy applies to all in-person and video sessions, and any on-site services including spiritual and energetic house, land, or business cleansing.

 

Sessions up to $200

• You can cancel or reschedule your session up to two days before the session at no cost

• If you cancel or request to reschedule the day before or on the day of your session but have not been charged a deposit, you will be charged the full fee for your session. You may request that your session be done remotely using a photograph and some information about you instead.

• If you are more than 7 minutes late to your session it will be cancelled and you will be charged the full fee.

 

Sessions over $200

• If you cancel or request to reschedule between 2 and 7 days before session, you will lose any deposit you have paid for the session. You may request that your session be done remotely using a photograph and some information about you instead.

• If you cancel or request to reschedule the day before or on the day of your session you will be charged the full fee for your session. You may request that your session be done remotely using a photograph and some information about you instead.

• If you are more than 7 minutes late to your session it will be cancelled and you will be charged the full fee.
